When you purchase a GitHub Intelligence Volume, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the data for:
- Internal market research and business strategy.
- LLM training, fine-tuning, or ingestion for private use.
- Product development and stack analysis.
Strict Prohibition: You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly host the raw data files (CSV, JSON, SQL) in their original or modified form as a competing data service.
Data Accuracy & "As-Is" Status.
The data provided is a "snapshot in time" captured by my automated monitoring system. While I strive for 100% verification, GitHub is a dynamic environment.

- GitTech is not responsible for any business decisions made based on the provided intelligence.
- The presence of a repository in a volume does not constitute an endorsement.
Refund Policy.
Due to the digital nature of the intelligence volumes (direct download of raw datasets), all sales are final. I provide free samples and live analytics for every volume so you can verify the depth of the data before purchasing.
Usage Restrictions.
Any attempt to brute-force, scrape, or reverse-engineer the marketplace catalog or analytics sidebar will result in an immediate IP-level ban. I provide the data for purchase so I can continue to fund the monitoring infrastructure.
